The primary purpose of the website is to enable an Internet-based system of presentation and exchange of information on clubs, pubs and Djs in the UK, Ireland and Poland. The portal is maintained and ran in order to advertise the places, where everybody can have fun, or eat while listening to music. The website polishclubs enables making friends with the message boards users. Both charged and free services related with the website's character are rendered to the users via the website. Any club/pub with a Polish connotation (staff, parties, drinks, food, concerts, music) in the UK, Ireland and Poland can join www.polishclubs.co.uk.
Also Djs from the UK, Ireland and Poland are welcome at www.polishclubs.co.uk.
Definitions :
Polishclubs.co.uk - an advertising website
Clubs or pubs with a Polish accent - are clubs/pubs, which in their offer have such products as: Polish staff, Polish drinks, food (Polish cuisine). A Polish accent also might be : a Polish party, music or concert.
The user - a pub/club owner or the person authorized by him as well as the Dj who has an account (accounts) at Polishclubs.co.uk and the persons visiting or using the message boards.
Club Account - is available after logging in (providing an email address and a password), in which every registered user of polishclubs.co.uk may enter and modify his information, description, pictures and other elements related with registering at the website. The Club account user has full right to delete his account at any time.
Profile - a place at www.polishclubs.co.uk, where information containing pictures, descriptions and other data entered by the user is published.
Authorized person - is a person, who has an authorization of the club's/pub's owner to create and moderate the profile.
Login - email provided during the registration process at polishclubs.co.uk.
Job offers - a place, in which the club/pub owner or the authorized person can post available job offers.
Ban - an access blockade for the user, who broke the terms of the regulations.
General terms:
1.The user (clubs, pubs, Djs) can:
a. change his data/pictures etc. via the option of "Club Profile", "Pub Profile" or "Dj Profile".
b. change password and delete the account via "Account settings" option.
c. add job offers via "Add job offers" option. "My job offers" option allows updating or deleting offers.
d. insert an mp3 file (only for Djs)
2. A club or pub can add job offers via "Add job offers" option (unlimited number of jobs). They will be visible to all persons visiting the website. Every Internet user, who is interested in the given offer, may send a reply along with his or hers CV (curriculum vitae) through our website. These replies will be visible in "My job offers" option, in which one may update offer's data or delete them. "Add job offers" and "My job offers" are available only for clubs and pubs, which are registered at our website and have paid for their Club account access. Website polishclubs.co.uk shall not be liable for any inaccurate job offers.
3. The user may not:
a. use vulgarisms and phrases, which may in any way offend other persons' dignity,
b. offend other people,
c. post erotic materials in any form.
4. The user declares he has appropriate authorizations and rights to the materials posted no in the website, especially to pictures.
5. The user is fully liable for using the account.
6. Polishclubs.co.uk shall not be responsible for any inaccurate data in profiles of clubs, pubs or Djs.
7. The account of a user who does not abide by the regulations will be deleted automatically.
8. Polishclubs.co.uk does not reimburse for the whole, or a part of costs incurred by users in order to purchase a Club account, in the case of gross breach of the regulations.
9. The administrators of www.polishclubs.co.uk may delete materials posted by the user, which do not conform to the regulations, without informing the user of this fact.
10. If the Club account is not paid for, the user's account will be partially invisible to the visitors. After the Club account is paid for, the user's profile will be automatically restored (visible).
11. The owners of the www.polishclubs.co.uk website will make every effort in order for all the services made available in it work continuously without any interruptions. The owners shall not be liable for any interruptions caused by force majeure or forbidden interference of users or third persons.

The Administrator has the right to temporarily disable the website
completely or partially for the purpose of upgrading, adding new
services or maintenance, without any prior information given to the
users.
13. www.polishclubs.co.uk reserve the rights to add any club, pub or other venue to PolishClubs database and is not responsible for any incorrect information about the clubs, pubs or other venues.
Registration:
1. A user with one login (email) may not register more than one club/pub. The same applies to DJs. IF a user wants to add another club, pub, dj, he needs to register from the beginning once again.
2. The website user may be any physical person, who after accepting the stipulations of the regulations, completes the registration procedure within the website and effectively creates an account.
3. The user is obliged to provide true information. Identification of incorrect data will result in deleting the account.
4. The user is obliged to update the information provided in the registration form each time it is changed. This option is located under the "Account settings".
5. The user agrees to the Website's Administrator showing the information provided in the profile as well as the pictures sent to the website in order to be published through presenting them in the website.
6. During the registration of a club, pub and a DJ, the user agrees to publishing the profile by the administrator, which means, that an unlimited number of users will have access to the provided data. The above does not apply to the following information: name and surname, company, address, email, passwords to the account.
7. Information such as: Name and Surname, company, address will be used exclusively for the purpose of invoicing. Invoices will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process within two weeks.
8. By completing the registration procedure in the website and effectively creating an account, the user ensures and states, that he has familiarized himself and agrees to the contents of the whole regulations.
9. The user agrees for his information, including the email address and password, to be given to entities cooperating with polishclubs.co.uk in order to enable purchasing access to a Club account.
Club account:
1. An account can be registered by an owner of a club, pub, a Dj or a person authorized for this purpose.
2. Every newly created account needs to be activated, which is based on receiving a message sent to the email address of the user and proceeding according to the instructions contained in it.
3. If the account is not paid for, it will automatically be partially invisible to Internet users.
4. After paying for the account, it will be restored to full presentation.
5. In the case of the user's breaching the regulations, his account will be deleted.
6. The website's owners shall not be liable for any thefts of accounts made by third persons, or for downloading pictures from www.polishclubs.co.uk and posting them on other websites or using in another way by third persons. The owners of polishclubs.co.uk cannot block copying photographs from the website.
Pictures:
1. By uploading a picture to the Polishclubs.co.uk website the user certifies that:
a. he has the rights and authorizations specified by law, which allow him to published the picture in the website.
2. The added picture may not exceed 500kB. If your picture is too large it will automatically be rejected.
3. The user may add no more than 6 pictures to one profile.
4. Website Polishclubs.co.uk is in no way responsible for any unauthorized usage of the pictures posted in the website, by any third persons. The responsibility is solely on the user's part.
Visiting the profiles:
1. One of the clubs, pubs and Djs most frequently visited by Internet users in the given month will be automatically featured in the main page of www.polishclubs.co.uk, as the Most Popular Club, Pub and Dj.
Other
services and fees: 1.
Possessing a profile of a club, pub or a Dj in the website is free of
charge, but certain information will not be visible. 2.
The user is not forced to purchase a Club account, but not doing so
will result in the profile of his club, pub, Dj to be partially
invisible to the persons visiting www.polishclubs.co.uk. After a Club
account is paid for the user's profile will be completely activated. 3.
A paid profile of a club or a pub contains: -
6 pictures in the gallery, name, type, city, address, district, county,
country, phone, fax, club's website, working hours, capacity,
information on the club, pub, information on Polish accents and the
possibility of posting an unlimited number of job offers. 4.
An unpaid profile of a club or a pub contains: -
One main picture, name, type, city, address, county, country,
working hours and the number of seats. 5.
A paid Dj's profile contains: -
6 pictures in the gallery, pseudo (nick), city, county, country,
phone, website, music type, experience, additional information, the
possibility of posting an mp3 file. 6.
An unpaid Djs profile contains: -
one main picture, pseudo (nick), city, county, country, music
type. 7.
The user can willingly purchase a Club account for the period of
(1-month, 3-months, 6-months and 12-months). 8.
Website Polishclubs.co.uk is not responsible for: a.
erroneous selection of the payment period for the Club account. b.
not prolonging the payment on time will result in certain information
not being visible to Internet users. c.
erroneous operation of bank providers or other intermediaries in
making payments. 9.
Purchasing any charged services by the user does not exempt him from
abiding by the regulations. 10.
Browsing through profiles is free of charge. 11.
Possessing a message board account is free of charge. 12.
For all users of the www.polishclubs.co.uk website the scope of
access and means of rendering the individual services of the website
may be at any time changed (extended or limited) by the
administrator, which also regards the possibility of adding or
deleting the individual services. Website polishclubs.co.uk will
inform about any changes at all times.

Club dating
1. You have to complete 18 years to use polishclubs.co.uk
2. The Club Date is set up only for personal use and it cannot be used for any commercial or marketing purposes. Companies, individuals and persons without legal personality cannot become the members of the service and usage is prohibited for them.
3. Unauthorized use of our web site, including collecting data or e-mail addresses of registered users is highly forbidden and it will be punished by account removal. Furthermore, any spam is highly forbidden either and it will be punished the same way.

a. create more than one account
b. provide real address or data which can identify you ( e-mail, telephone number, home address)
c. allow others to use your account
d. transfer your account to others
e. disclosure you password to others
f. send the same message to many users of our service
g. conduct any business advertising, marketing, research without our written consent
7. Polishclubs.co.uk reserves the rights to transform and remove content, photos, profiles of users who do not comply with the above principles, those who violate the legal order, affect the rights of third parties or which may pose a threat to other subscribers and unregistered members.
8.Under this Agreement you are solely responsible for the published and send content.
9.It is forbidden to expose, distribute, any claimed copyright material, trademarks, or other legally protected information without the written consent of the owner.
10. Under this Agreement any signs of harassment of other members and subscribers of our service, or other activities prohibited by law is highly forbidden. In case of such situation the appropriate legal action will be taken.
11. Polishclubs.co.uk does not arbitrate any arguments between the members and subscribers.
12. Polishclubs.co.uk reserves the rights to remove the photographs, which do not represent the person registering or are blurred.
13. Under this Agreement you are solely responsible for the criminal and civil actions taken by yourself.
14. Profiles, which include a link to other websites will not be accepted by the administrator.
15. Under this Agreement polishclubs.co.uk does not bear any responsibility for the moral and physical losses resulting from the use of our services.
16. Polishclubs.co.uk does not guarantee that by using our service you will find your love and does not take any responsibility for any emotional or physical suffering, which you can experience by participating in our service.
17. This Agreement was written and interpreted in accordance with English Law. By using our service you consequently agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts in all disputes arising or binding through usage of our service.
