I cannot login although I put my correct e-mail and password to Login Panel. Why?
Once you submit your registration form the auto-generated e-mail with the activation link is sent to the e-mail address you provided in the form. Your account will be activated only when you click on this link to confirm your registration.

How can I add my job offer?
You need to login on your account and select "Add job vacancies" tab. Adding your jobs vacancies is only available through club or pub account.

How can I add a picture to my profile?
You need to login to your account and select "Club profile", "Pub profile" or "Dj profile" and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Add photo" tab.

I can't add any picture to my profile, what shall I do?
Attached photo cannot exceed 500KB in size and can't be bigger than 1600 x 1200 in format. If your picture is too big, system will reject it.

How can I add MP3 file?
You need to login to your DJ's account, and then look for "Browse... " button. Maximum of the music file size is 5MB.

Can I delete my profile from Polishclubs?
Yes, all you have to do is login to your account and go to "User settings" option and select "Delete" tab.

Why I have not received the activation link?
Please check your e-mail account settings. Some e-mail accounts will have a spam protection program, and will not accept auto-generated e-mails. If you have any problems please contact us at: office(at)polishclubs.co.uk

How can I pay for Club account?
You can subscribe to Club account using any payment card accepted in UK, Ireland and Poland. We accept both debit and credit cards. The payments will be transferred through secure payment systems Moneybookers or Paypal.
